Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to any access to and use of the LoveDOEKOE platform (“Platform”). By visiting or using the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all related policy documents.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• Platform: the digital marketplace platform operated by LoveDOEKOE.
• LoveDOEKOE: the operator of the Platform.
• User: any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.
• Buyer: a User purchasing services through the Platform.
• Seller: a User offering services through the Platform.
• Listing: an offer for a service posted by a Seller.
• Order: a purchase placed through the Platform.

2. Scope & Related Documents

These Terms form the overarching framework for using the Platform. The following documents are an integral part of these Terms:

• Buyer Agreement
• Seller Agreement
• Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Privacy Policy
• Cookie Policy
• Platform Rules / Acceptable Use
• Security & Enforcement Policy

In case of conflict, these Terms prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Role of LoveDOEKOE

• LoveDOEKOE operates solely a digital marketplace platform.
• LoveDOEKOE is not a Seller, service provider, or contractual party to transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
• All agreements for services are concluded directly between Buyer and Seller.

4. Access to the Platform

• The Platform is intended for Users aged 18 and older.
• LoveDOEKOE may refuse or restrict access (in whole or in part) at its discretion.
• LoveDOEKOE may modify, limit, or temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

5. Accounts

An account may be required for certain features. Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activity performed through their account

LoveDOEKOE may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in accordance with the Security & Enforcement Policy.

6. Platform Use

Users must use the Platform in accordance with:

• These Terms
• Applicable laws and regulations
• Platform Rules / Acceptable Use

Abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement actions.

7. Listings & Orders

Listings are posted by independent Sellers. LoveDOEKOE has no control over and provides no guarantees regarding:

• The content of Listings
• The quality or outcome of services
• The performance of services by Sellers

LoveDOEKOE may review, block, or remove Listings or Orders if deemed necessary.

8. Payments

• Payments are processed via payment providers designated by LoveDOEKOE, including Stripe.
• LoveDOEKOE facilitates payments but is not a party to the financial agreement between Buyer and Seller.
• Payouts, escrow, and confirmation periods are governed by the Buyer Agreement, Seller Agreement, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Disputes

• Disputes between Users must be handled through the Platform.
• LoveDOEKOE may review disputes and take administrative decisions in line with the Security & Enforcement Policy.
• Decisions by LoveDOEKOE are binding to the extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the Platform belong to LoveDOEKOE or its licensors.
• Users obtain no rights other than those necessary to use the Platform as intended.

11. Liability

LoveDOEKOE is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of Buyers or Sellers
• Indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit
• Damages arising from the use of third-party services

Any liability of LoveDOEKOE is limited to the maximum amount permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

Users indemnify LoveDOEKOE against third-party claims arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform
• Acts or omissions in breach of applicable laws

13. Changes

• LoveDOEKOE may update these Terms and related policy documents at any time.
• The most current version will be made available through the Platform.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
