Introduction

These Platform Rules (“Rules”) define permitted and prohibited conduct on the LoveDOEKOE platform (“Platform”).

These Rules form an integral part of the Terms of Service and apply to all Users, including Buyers and Sellers.

1. Purpose of These Rules

The Platform exists to facilitate secure, fair, and reliable transactions. These Rules are intended to:

• prevent abuse, fraud, and manipulation;
• protect the integrity and reputation of the Platform;
• provide clarity regarding enforcement measures;
• maintain a professional marketplace environment.

2. Required Conduct

All Users must:

• provide accurate, complete, and truthful information;
• communicate respectfully and professionally;
• comply with applicable laws and regulations;
• adhere to all platform policies and agreements.

3. Prohibited Conduct (General)

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• engaging in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation;
• manipulating payments, escrow systems, or dispute mechanisms;
• circumventing security, technical controls, or verification systems;
• attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• using the Platform in a manner that harms LoveDOEKOE, other Users, or third parties.

4. Prohibited Conduct – Buyers

Buyers may not:

• open fraudulent, unfounded, or abusive disputes;
• initiate chargebacks outside the Platform process without valid grounds;
• blackmail, pressure, or threaten Sellers;
• attempt to complete transactions outside the Platform;
• abuse the 72-hour confirmation system;
• request illegal or prohibited services.

5. Prohibited Conduct – Sellers

Sellers may not:

• create misleading, incomplete, or false Listings;
• offer services that violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• deliver services materially different from the Listing without consent;
• encourage off-platform payments or communication;
• systematically deliver late or fail to communicate professionally;
• circumvent platform fees.

6. Illegal or Prohibited Services

It is strictly prohibited to offer or purchase services that:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• breach third-party platform terms (e.g., game publishers);
• are fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive.

LoveDOEKOE may immediately remove such Listings without prior notice.

8. Circumventing the Platform

Handling payments, transactions, or communication outside the Platform with the purpose of avoiding oversight or fees is strictly prohibited.

Attempts to circumvent the Platform may result in immediate enforcement action.

9. Enforcement & Sanctions

In case of violations, LoveDOEKOE may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• issue warnings;
• remove Listings or content;
• restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts;
• block payouts;
• reject disputes;
• permanently exclude Users from the Platform.

The severity, nature, and recurrence of violations will be considered when determining enforcement measures.

10. No Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

• LoveDOEKOE cannot guarantee that all Users will comply with these Rules.
• LoveDOEKOE is not liable for damages arising from User misconduct to the extent permitted by law.

11. Relationship With Other Documents

These Rules must be read together with:

• Terms of Service
• Buyer Agreement
• Seller Agreement
• Security & Enforcement Policy
• Refund & Cancellation Policy

In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

12. Changes

LoveDOEKOE reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time. The most current version will be made available through the Platform.
