Security & Enforcement Policy

Introduction

This Security & Enforcement Policy describes how LoveDOEKOE prevents fraud, protects users, safeguards transactions, and enforces the Terms of Service, Platform Rules, Buyer Agreement, Seller Agreement, and related policies.

This Policy applies to all users and forms an integral part of all platform agreements.

1. Core Security Principles

  • Protection of buyers, sellers, and platform integrity is the highest priority.
  • All decisions are evidence-based.
  • Fraud, manipulation, and abuse are treated with zero tolerance.
  • Enforcement actions are proportional to severity and repetition.

2. Logging, Monitoring & Evidence

To protect the platform and its users, LoveDOEKOE maintains technical and administrative logs, including but not limited to:

  • Account creation and modification logs
  • Login timestamps and IP-related data (where applicable)
  • Order lifecycle events (creation, delivery, acceptance, disputes)
  • Chat communications and attachments
  • Payout and refund-related actions

Platform chat logs cannot be altered or deleted by users. Logs may be used as binding evidence in disputes, fraud investigations, enforcement actions, and payment investigations.

3. Fraud Prevention & Risk Controls

LoveDOEKOE may apply risk-based controls when suspicious activity is detected.

  • Temporary feature limitations
  • Manual review of accounts or orders
  • Additional verification requests
  • Internal risk flags
  • Delayed payout release

Users must cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Failure to cooperate may result in account restriction or termination.

4. Dispute Investigation Authority

  • Disputes must be initiated within platform timeframes.
  • Users may be required to submit screenshots, recordings, or documentation.
  • Technical logs, timestamps, IP patterns, and system records may be reviewed.
  • Decisions are made based on available evidence and internal records.

Administrative decisions by LoveDOEKOE are binding to the extent permitted by law.

5. Strictly Prohibited Security Violations

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Account takeover or credential abuse
  • Chargeback manipulation
  • Evidence falsification
  • Platform circumvention
  • Fraudulent listings or services
  • Use of bots or automation to manipulate systems

6. Enforcement Measures

In case of violations, LoveDOEKOE may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue formal warnings
  • Restrict chat, listings, or ordering functionality
  • Remove listings
  • Place orders on hold
  • Block or delay payouts
  • Process refunds where justified
  • Suspend accounts
  • Permanently terminate accounts
  • Blacklist users across payment providers where legally permitted

Enforcement may occur without prior notice where immediate action is necessary.

7. Payout Holds & Financial Controls

Payouts may be temporarily held when:

  • A dispute is open
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Verification is incomplete
  • Platform rules are violated

Stripe Connect may independently apply additional verification or restrictions. LoveDOEKOE has no control over Stripe’s internal compliance decisions.

8. Cooperation With Authorities & Payment Providers

LoveDOEKOE may cooperate with competent authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention partners where required by law or necessary to protect the platform.

Relevant logs and documentation may be provided in chargeback investigations.

9. Account Termination

Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.

Termination does not cancel ongoing investigations, open disputes, financial reviews, or legal obligations.

10. Policy Updates

LoveDOEKOE reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be published on the Platform.
