Seller Agreement

1. Platform Role
LoveDOEKOE operates solely as a digital marketplace platform and does not act as a seller, service provider, or contractual party in transactions between buyers and sellers.
All agreements regarding services are concluded directly between buyer and seller. LoveDOEKOE provides no guarantees regarding the quality, legality, or outcome of services.
2. Seller Status
The seller acts as an independent third party and not as an employee, agent, partner, or representative of LoveDOEKOE.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, joint venture, or partnership.
3. Seller Responsibilities
- Accuracy and honesty of listings and communication
- Legality of offered services
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Compliance with third-party rules (e.g. game developers)
- Timely and proper delivery of services
- Professional communication
- Providing evidence in disputes
- All tax and fiscal obligations
4. Listings & Offers
Sellers must clearly describe the service, requirements, delivery time, and limitations in every listing.
Misleading or inaccurate listings are strictly prohibited. LoveDOEKOE reserves the right to modify or remove listings when necessary.
5. Delivery
Services must be delivered within the stated timeframe. Sellers must proactively inform buyers in case of delays.
Repeated delays may result in cancellations, refunds, account limitations, or termination.
6. Payments & Stripe Connect
All payments and payouts are processed exclusively through Stripe Connect.
- A valid Stripe account is required
- KYC verification must be completed
LoveDOEKOE has no control over Stripe processing times. Payouts may be delayed in case of disputes or investigations.
7. Platform Fees
LoveDOEKOE charges a platform service fee:
- 10% during the first six (6) months after registration
- 15% after this period, unless otherwise agreed
Stripe processing fees apply separately and are non-refundable where legally permitted.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Sellers may cancel orders before delivery.
Refunds are processed according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. After confirmed delivery or expiration of the confirmation period, refunds are generally not available.
9. Disputes
Sellers must fully cooperate in dispute investigations and provide requested evidence, including communication records, screenshots, or logs.
Failure to cooperate may result in decisions unfavorable to the seller.
10. Enforcement
LoveDOEKOE may remove listings, suspend accounts, block payouts, or apply internal flags in case of violations.
Severe violations may lead to immediate action without prior notice.
11. Liability
LoveDOEKOE is not liable for loss of income, reputational damage, indirect or consequential damages.
Sellers indemnify LoveDOEKOE against third-party claims arising from the seller’s actions or omissions.
12. Termination
Sellers may terminate their account at any time. Open orders and disputes remain binding after termination.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
