LoveDOEKOE does not have access to full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

- Chat messages between Users

- Uploaded evidence or attachments
2.4 Technical & Log Data
- IP addresses
- Login timestamps
- Device and browser information
- Session data
- Order history and activity logs
- Security-related logs and enforcement actions
3. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:

- Facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers
- Escrow, payment release, and payout handling
- Dispute resolution and fraud prevention
- Security monitoring and abuse detection
- Enforcement of platform policies

- Communication conducted via the Platform is stored.
- Users cannot delete or modify chat messages.
- Chat logs may be used as evidence in disputes, fraud investigations, or enforcement actions.
6. Logging, Monitoring & Security
- Technical and administrative logs may be maintained.
- Logs may be used for security monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and chargeback defense.
- Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data.
7. Data Sharing

- Stripe (payment processing and KYC verification)
- Hosting and IT infrastructure providers
- Legal or governmental authorities when legally required
LoveDOEKOE does not sell personal data.
