LoveDOEKOE does not have access to full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

IP addresses
Login timestamps
Device and browser information
Session data
Order history and activity logs
Security-related logs and enforcement actions

3. Purposes of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Account creation and management
Facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers
Escrow, payment release, and payout handling
Dispute resolution and fraud prevention
Security monitoring and abuse detection
Enforcement of platform policies
Compliance with legal obligations

5. Communication & Chat Logs

Communication conducted via the Platform is stored.
Users cannot delete or modify chat messages.
Chat logs may be used as evidence in disputes, fraud investigations, or enforcement actions.

6. Logging, Monitoring & Security

Technical and administrative logs may be maintained.
Logs may be used for security monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and chargeback defense.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data.

Stripe (payment processing and KYC verification)
Hosting and IT infrastructure providers

LoveDOEKOE does not sell personal data.
